Between them they have over twenty years experience in both the public and private sectors having worked for major employers both in Northern Ireland and further afield. | Nicola spent her school days in Northern Ireland before leaving to study a business related course in Sheffield. She moved to London to finish her studies by taking a postgraduate course in an IPD programme. For the next five years in London, she worked for and with major multi-national companies. As for many of her contemporaries, the call of home beckoned and she returned to Northern Ireland in 1996. |
| Her London company persuaded her to continue working for them through the mediums of modern technology for a number of months but the absence of regular client contact was the mitigating factor when she agreed to set up a Northern Ireland branch of another national human resources consultancy. This proved to be a successful venture for all concerned and the next career move for Nicola, with her growing experience in a variety of human resource issues, was to take the plunge and set up her own company. |
